What Voltage is for

Voltage is a free Shopify theme for streetwear, merch and collectibles shops. Pick Neon, Comic, Mono or Zine and colours, fonts, corners, buttons, textures and motion change together. Every section has presets and blocks, so you build pages in the editor without code.

Installing it

Download the zip — voltage.zip, 155 KB. Do not unzip it.
In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
Add theme → Upload zip file, and choose the file you just downloaded.
Customize to set colours, fonts and content, then Publish when you are happy.

This is an Online Store 2.0 theme, so every page is built from sections you can drag around in the theme editor — no code needed to rearrange a page.

Is it free?

Yes, MIT licensed, no paid tier.

Can I switch looks later?

Yes, Theme settings > Theme style.

Does the countdown repeat?

It can count to every Friday 18:00, in your shop time zone.

Does it need apps?

No. Filters use Shopify's free Search & Discovery app.

Can I remove the theme credit?

Your copyright line is a setting. The small "Voltage theme by The Big Head" credit is part of the theme and has no setting to hide it. It is MIT, so you may edit the code.

No Google Fonts, no analytics, no external requests of any kind. Everything the theme needs is inside the zip, which is also why they are small.

Not a page-builder trap

Every theme works with the block editor and the Customizer alone. None of them require a plugin to look like the demo.
