Every body is thrown by hand and left to dry for nine days.

Two firings, the second at 1,280°C, which is what makes it chip-resistant.

The element and thermostat go in by hand and get tested twice.

Packed in moulded pulp, no plastic, dispatched within two days.

Is it dishwasher safe?
The body is. The base with the element in it is not — wipe that.
What happens if I chip it?
Send it back. We will repair it or replace the body at cost.
