Which barcode should I use?

Code 128 for shipping labels, inventory and anything with letters. EAN-13 or UPC-A only for retail products, with numbers from GS1.

Does it add the check digit?

Yes. Enter 12 digits for EAN-13 or 11 for UPC-A and the last digit is calculated. If you enter it yourself, it’s checked.

Can I print it?

Yes. Download the SVG for the sharpest print at any size, and test it with a phone scanner first.
