This Terms of Use document is also the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Brolic iOS application ("Brolic", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Brolic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
By creating an account or using Brolic you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines (Section 5). You are also required to accept these Terms and our Community Guidelines inside the app before you can access or post any user-generated content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Brolic. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Brolic on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.
Brolic lets users post and share content, including workout posts, comments, profiles, trainer listings, and reviews ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post.
You must NOT post or engage in:
By posting User Content you grant Brolic a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.
We provide tools so the community stays safe:
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for any violation of these Terms.
Brolic is currently free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and present any required disclosures before any charge.
Karma is a daily allowance that lets you promote posts in the feed. Karma has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded.
You may permanently delete your account at any time within the app: Profile → menu (•••) → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content from Brolic. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes the associated Apple sign-in token. You may also request deletion by emailing support@brolic.io.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Brolic, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of the community.
Brolic is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, inaccurate data, User Content, or disputes between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by requiring renewed acceptance in the app.
