By using Brolic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need parental consent.

3. Fitness Disclaimer

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Brolic is a fitness tracking and social platform. It is NOT medical advice or a substitute for professional consultation. Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly	$2.99 USD/month
Yearly	$19.99 USD/year

Payments processed by Apple. Cancel via Apple ID settings. Refunds through Apple.

5. Karma System

Free users: 10 karma daily
Pro users: 100 karma daily
Karma has no monetary value
Cannot be transferred or sold

6. Trainers

Brolic does NOT verify trainer credentials. Users should verify qualifications independently. We are not responsible for trainer-client relationships.

7. Prohibited Activities

Posting false workout data
Manipulating rankings or karma
Harassing other users
Creating multiple accounts
Posting inappropriate content

8. Limitation of Liability

Brolic is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for injuries, inaccurate data, or user disputes.
