Brolic ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Brolic (the "App").

Account Information
- Email address, username, and display name
- Password (encrypted)
- Profile photo, bio, and personal description (optional)
- Location, gender, date of birth (optional)
Fitness Data
- Workout posts (exercise type, weight, reps, duration)
- Personal records and achievements
- Challenge participation and scores
- Video proof links (YouTube URLs you provide)
Social Information
- Users you follow and followers
- Comments, likes, and interactions
- Social media links you choose to share
Payment Information
- Subscription status and purchase history
- Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store; we do not store your payment card details
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- Unique device identifiers and app version
- Features used, time spent in app, crash reports
- Access times and navigation paths
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Apple: Apple ID, email (may be hidden), name
- If you sign in with Google: Google account email, name, profile photo
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the App - Create accounts, enable fitness tracking and social features
- Personalize your experience - Show relevant content, leaderboard rankings
- Enable social features - Connect with users, share workouts, participate in challenges
- Process transactions - Manage subscriptions through Apple
- Send communications - Service updates, security alerts, support messages
- Improve the App - Analyze usage, fix bugs, develop new features
- Ensure safety - Detect fraud, enforce terms, protect users
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 Public Information
The following is visible to other Brolic users: username, display name, profile photo, bio, workout posts, achievements, badges, statistics, and follower counts.
3.2 Service Providers
- Firebase (Google) - Authentication, database, and cloud services
- Apple - Payment processing for subscriptions
- Analytics providers - To understand app usage (anonymized data)
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court orders, or to protect our rights and safety.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:
- Public posts will be anonymized or deleted
- Personal information deleted within 30 days
- Some information retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years for financial records)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
