Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email, username, display name, password (encrypted)
- Profile photo, bio (optional)
- Location, gender, date of birth (optional)
- If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, the identity information those services return to us
Fitness Data
- Workout posts (exercise, weight, reps, duration)
- Personal records and achievements
- Challenge participation and scores
- Video proof links (YouTube URLs)
Content Moderation Data
- When you report content, we collect the report (reason, optional details, and the reporter and reported account IDs) so our team can review it.
- When you block a user, we store your list of blocked users so their content stays hidden from you, and we notify our moderation team.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide fitness tracking and social features
- Display leaderboard rankings
- Enable challenges and competitions
- Review reports and enforce our Community Guidelines to keep the app safe
Payments
Brolic is currently free with no in-app purchases. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Public Information
Visible to other users: username, profile photo, bio, workout posts, achievements, badges, statistics, follower counts. Reports you submit and your list of blocked users are private and are not shown to other users.

- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database
- Apple: Sign in with Apple
Data Security
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Secure authentication protocols. Regular security assessments.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can access and correct your data in the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app via Profile → menu (•••) → Delete Account. If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes the associated Apple token. You may also exercise your rights or request deletion by contacting support@brolic.io.
