How does Karma work?

Karma is a daily allowance for promoting posts in the feed. You receive karma each day; spend it to boost posts higher. Refills at midnight UTC.

How do leaderboards work?

Only your personal best (PR) counts for rankings. Filter by exercise, timeframe, location, and gender. Top 3 get gold, silver, bronze.

How do I post a workout?

Tap the + button → select exercise → enter weight/reps/time → optionally add notes and video proof → tap "Post Workout".

How do I add video proof?

Upload your video to YouTube → copy the URL → paste in the "Video Proof" field when posting.

Is Brolic free?

Yes — Brolic is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the ••• menu on any post, comment, trainer, or user profile to Report objectionable content or Block a user. Blocking instantly hides all of that user's content from you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, and content that violates our Community Guidelines is removed. Manage blocked users anytime via Profile → ••• → Blocked Users.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → ••• menu → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and content. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes your Apple sign-in token. You can also email support@brolic.io to request deletion.
