How is net worth calculated?

Net Worth = Total Assets - Total Liabilities. VaultFlow automatically calculates this based on all your accounts, properties, and debts.

What types of accounts can I track?

Cash accounts, investment accounts, real estate, vehicles, crypto, collectibles, mortgages, loans, credit cards, and custom categories.

How do I add a property?

Tap the + button → Property. Enter its current value and, if it has one, its mortgage details.

Does VaultFlow sync with my bank?

No. For your privacy, VaultFlow never asks for your bank login, so your banking credentials are never shared. Instead, you can import the statement file your bank's website lets you download (CSV, OFX or QFX): tap the + button → Import → Bank statement. The import guide shows how, step by step.

How do I import my data?

Tap the + button → Import, or open Settings (your profile icon, top right) → Import & Export. You can import your bank's statement file, paste a CSV made with one of our AI prompts, or, on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, just describe your finances in your own words. Re-importing never creates duplicates. See the import guide.

Does VaultFlow sync between my devices?

Not at the moment. Your data stays on the device you use, and VaultFlow has no servers of its own. To keep a backup or move to a new iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Export my data, then import that file on the other device.

Are stock prices live?

Yes. Your investments are valued with live market prices from public market data, converted to your currency. Prices may have a slight delay.
