1. Information We Do NOT Collect

VaultFlow is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do NOT collect:

• Your financial account information
• Transaction history
• Bank account numbers or credentials
• Investment portfolio details
• Property or asset information
• Personal identification information

2. Local Data Storage

All data you enter into VaultFlow is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage frameworks. This includes:

• Account balances and transactions
• Investment holdings
• Property and asset information
• Liability and debt tracking
• Financial goals

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to use iCloud sync, which is protected by your Apple ID credentials.

3. Third-Party Services

VaultFlow may use the following third-party services:

• Finnhub API: To fetch real-time stock prices. Only stock ticker symbols are sent to retrieve prices. No personal data is transmitted.
• Apple Services: If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• iOS device encryption
• App-level data isolation (sandboxing)
• Optional Face ID / Touch ID protection
• iCloud end-to-end encryption (if sync enabled)

5. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: View all your data anytime within the app
• Delete: Delete the app to remove all data, or delete individual entries within the app
• Export: Your data remains on your device under your control

6. Children's Privacy

VaultFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
