Privacy Policy

Your Privacy is Protected: VaultFlow stores all your financial data locally on your device. Your net worth information never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect your account balances, asset values, property information, personal identification, or financial institution details.

2. Local Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

3. Third-Party Services

VaultFlow gets market prices from Yahoo Finance (stocks and ETFs), CoinGecko (crypto) and Frankfurter (currency rates), and can use Finnhub.io for ticker search. Only ticker symbols and currency codes are sent—no personal data. If you choose to paste your data into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to prepare an import, what you paste is shared with that service under its own terms; VaultFlow itself never sends it anywhere.

4. Backups and iCloud

VaultFlow does not currently sync your financial data to iCloud; it stays on your device. To keep a copy, use Settings → Export my data. Your device's own iCloud Backup may include app data, under Apple's terms. We cannot access any of it.
