SmartFolio is a personal portfolio tracking tool that helps you track stock investments with FIFO cost basis calculations, performance analytics, and dividend tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of data you enter
Maintain backups of your portfolio data
Verify all calculations before making financial decisions
Consult tax professionals for tax-related matters

4. Data Accuracy

Stock quotes are provided by third-party services (Finnhub, Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartFolio is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for any financial losses, inaccurate calculations, or decisions made based on app data.

6. Intellectual Property

SmartFolio and its content are owned by thebighead apps and protected by copyright laws.

7. Termination

You may stop using SmartFolio at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
