Find Local Help in Your Neighborhood
Download Neighbr from the App Store and sign in using your Apple account, Google account, or email address. You'll be asked to provide a display name and postal code to get started.
Yes! Neighbr is free to download and use. There are no fees for posting jobs, submitting bids, or messaging other users.
Neighbr is available anywhere in Canada. Jobs are shown based on your location, so you'll see tasks posted by people near you.
Tap the "Post a Job" button, fill in the title, description, category, and your suggested budget. Add photos if helpful. Your job will be visible to nearby Neighbr users.
Use the Explore tab to browse jobs on the map or in list view. You can filter by category and search by keyword. Jobs are sorted by distance from your location.
When you find a job you'd like to help with, tap "Place a Bid" and enter your proposed price and a message to the Requester. The Requester will review all bids and choose a Helper.
Neighbr does not handle payments. Once a Requester selects a Helper, both parties arrange payment directly between themselves (e.g., cash, e-Transfer, or other methods).
We take safety seriously. Your exact location is never shared with other users — we use a privacy radius to show only your approximate area. You can also report or block any user at any time.
Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your display name, photo, postal code, and other details.
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, activity history, and profile photo. This action cannot be undone.
