Download CleanConnect and sign in using your Apple ID or Google account. We use secure authentication to protect your information.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I create a post?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, add photos of your cleanup activity, optionally link a YouTube/Instagram video for verification, write a description, and share!

What makes a post "Verified"?

Posts are verified when they have video proof, 5+ upvotes, and fewer than 2 downvotes. Video proof from YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels helps establish authenticity.

Why was my post removed?

Posts may be removed if they contain inappropriate content, spam, misleading information, or content unrelated to environmental cleanup.

How do I send a tip?

On any post, tap the "Tip" button, select an amount (₹10 - ₹10,000), and complete payment through Stripe.

How do I receive tips?

Go to Profile > Settings > Payment Settings and complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Once verified, you can receive tips from other users. You keep 93% of all tips.

What is the platform fee?

CleanConnect retains 7% of each tip as a service fee. Creators receive 93% of all tips.

How long until I receive my tip money?

Tips are processed through Stripe and typically arrive in your connected bank account within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.

How do I create a gathering?

Go to Gatherings > Create Event. Fill in the details including location, date, time, and description. You can also add a WhatsApp group link for coordination.

Is CleanConnect responsible for event safety?

No. CleanConnect facilitates connections but is not responsible for the safety of in-person events. Please exercise caution, follow local guidelines, and prioritize your personal safety.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

1. Force close the app and reopen it
2. Check for app updates in the App Store
3. Restart your device
4. Reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud)
5. If issues persist, contact us with your device model and iOS version

Photos won't upload. What's wrong?

Check your internet connection, ensure CleanConnect has permission to access your photos (Settings > CleanConnect > Photos), try uploading smaller images (max 10MB), and make sure you have sufficient storage.
