By downloading or using PocketCloser ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. PocketCloser is provided by The Big Head, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
PocketCloser is a personal sales-productivity tool that helps you capture leads by voice or text, organize them in a pipeline, schedule follow-ups, and generate AI-assisted summaries and follow-up messages.
PocketCloser may offer optional paid features (for example, "PocketCloser Pro") through Apple In-App Purchase. Any subscription is billed to your Apple ID, and renewal, pricing and cancellation are managed in your App Store account settings, subject to Apple's terms.
If you enable AI processing with your own OpenAI key, your use of that feature is also subject to OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. Speech features rely on Apple frameworks subject to Apple's terms.
Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion of the app, or failure to maintain backups.
PocketCloser is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Big Head is not liable for any lost sales, lost data, inaccurate AI output, or decisions made based on the app.
PocketCloser, its design, and its content are owned by The Big Head and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
You may stop using PocketCloser at any time by deleting the app. We may modify or discontinue the app with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
